Shelby Serig brings more than two decades of diverse litigation experience to her mediation practice, with a career spanning complex class actions, multi-district litigation, and high-stakes commercial disputes. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts across the country.

Prior to founding One Accord Mediation, Shelby served in key litigation roles at nationally recognized firms. Most recently, she was part of the Complex Litigation Group at a national management-side labor and employment law firm.

Fee Schedule

Two-party mediations

$350/hr

Per hour rate.

Three or more party mediations

$395/hr

Per party, per hour.

Minimum Charges: 2-hour minimum for half-day mediations. 4-hour minimum for full-day mediations.

Cancellation: Less than 10 business days' notice may result in a 2-hour charge for half-day mediations or a 4-hour charge for full-day mediations. Cancellation fees will be invoiced to the cancelling party unless otherwise agreed.
